The Internet-based Online Coordination System (OCS) provides registered aviation customers with a comprehensive range of tools to query, sort, view and download slot and schedule information in a wide variety of formats. Customers can also request new slots or make changes to their existing slot portfolio by editing records of their schedules directly in the database. All these transactions are designed to be automatically validated for feasibility. Unlike the traditional communication between coordinators and airlines, OCS is a real-time system that is designed to respond instantly to requests with the intention of ensuring the customers are always provided with the latest information and a responsive service (including out-of-office-hours). Details of available airport capacity (also for not registered users) can be requested for any of the airports available via OCS. Presently more than 100 airports worldwide are accessible for Online Coordination services.

At Zurich airport OCS is also used by handling agents to clear and manage airport slots for general and business aviation flights.

Hints and Tips for Registered OCS Customers

  • Online Coordination for GVA and ZRH will be available after SAL distribution (start of "post SAL activity") and during IATA Slot Conference until end of season, except during Slot Return processing: 16-31 January and 16-31 August.
  • Please mind any restrictions and local rules as well as our local SCR procedures which might prevent OCS to process your request, e.g. ad-hoc requests (<5 movements) are only accepted after Historics Baseline Date (HBD).
  • OCS will only process requests and changes in turnaround format (not applicable for base carriers).
