Online Coordination

The Online Coordination System (OCS) is an internet-based platform that gives registered aviation customers a full set of tools to search, sort, view, and download slot and schedule data in various formats. Customers can also request new slots or update their existing slot portfolio by editing their schedule records directly in the database, with every transaction automatically checked for feasibility.
Unlike traditional back-and-forth communication with coordinators, OCS works in real time — requests are answered instantly, so customers always have up-to-date information and responsive service, even outside office hours. Airport capacity details can also be checked for any OCS-connected airport, even by users who aren't registered. Today, more than 275 airports worldwide are accessible on OCS.

At Zurich Airport, handling agents also use OCS to request and manage airport slots for general and business aviation flights.
Hints and Tips for Registered OCS Customers
- Online Coordination for GVA and ZRH will be available after SAL distribution (start of "post SAL activity") and during IATA Slot Conference until end of season.
- Please mind our local SCR procedures — some requests may not be processed by OCS. For example, ad-hoc requests (fewer than 5 movements) are only accepted after the Historics Baseline Date (HBD).
- OCS only processes requests and changes in turnaround format (this does not apply to base carriers).
